Today at noon I have my surgery. Can't wait! Say a prayer. If you want to read about my experience I have poste a really long detailed post under the Mexico surgery forum. Wish me luck!

August 11th I fly from St. Louis to El Paso. There I will be picked up by a driver arranged by Beliteweight to drive across the border and into Juerez Mexico to Star Medica Hospital. Preop that day and then Surgery on the 12th. Fly back Monday afternoon. 

I am looking for information on what to take with me. I am only taking a backpack so packing lightly. Is there wifi in the rooms? Is anything provided by the hospital? A cup? Bottled water? Soap? Shampoo? 

What was your stay like? Suggestions for during the stay?

How was your travels home? Any suggestions on what to bring on a 6 hr flight home? 

So yesterday afternoon I got the call that I am all set to have Bypass to Bypass revision in Ciudad Juarez, MX with Dr. Rodriguez on August 12th, 2017. FINALLY someone will fix this gastrogastric fistula! I can't wait. I've already started pre-op dieting to get that liver as small as possible. Suprisingly I'm not nervous at all. I'm actually excited.
