Is this right for me

I am really starting to question if this is the right thing for me. I'm getting really scared and I dont know if this is the right thing for me. I met with my suregeon and he wants me to do the RNY while I was much more confortable with the VSG. I dont know what to do. I have lupus and I have to take a lot of meds on a daily basis. The gastric pouch isnt something I am comfortable with due to the fact that I have to eat prior to taking them. I really dont know what to do...
