Well a New Year is here. And I'm saying where did the year of 2008 go. I wish my weight would leave me as fast as the year went. It has been a while since I posted nothing really has happen that earth shattering to talk about. Still keeping the weight off been pretty easy so far. I have a online support group through ObesityHelp it is called Reflections. Hope to get real active but it is like everything else it will take time to develop. Well I hope all of you have a good year in 2009. Until later jimmy

Well I name my group Reflections. I haven't done very good in keeping up with everybody in our group. I have have ask several people to join but haven't heard from them. I might have a problem on my end in sending the invite. I hope this isn't a bad Reflection on me.

January 25,2008Well I would like to say that OH magazine did a nice story about me in my weight loss journey it is in the January 2008 issue. And it was a honor to be included with Cathy W. She has been very supportive toward me and the other support group leaders.

Well just a note to anybody who reads any of the profile. I added the music to my story section. I have uploaded music then I lost my story in that section the same thing happen last night. But now there is all that mumble jumble in that space. Until I can figure it out it will be there. So hopefully I can get my story edited back to the right place. The music starts automaticity. You can just click onto another track if you like.
New Year 2008

Well it is a New Year 2008. I'm going to use a different color I'll try green to keep my journey going. I don't if this blog thing is suppose to be updated every day or once a week or just whenever. I'll go with the latter whenever.
Well I did survive all of my Santa stop this year did over 25 of them.
My weight is staying the same just around 200 pds. Remember I started at 330pds.
Hopefully I will get rid of 10 more pds.
I now have my own weight loss support group online through Obesity Help. I hope I can meet the expectations of everybody involved. Well will come back at a later date.

Well has been a while since I have did a blog update. Don't blog very often but I did do a short profile update. Still staying involved with our local support group. Well time to go for now. I will return at a later date have a nice Christmas and a good New Years.

Well just an update just finished my profile update nothing really happening here been 2 years since my surgery and doing good. Been going to Ogallaga for a brief talk about support after surgery. And our support meeting have been doing good and so far the summer has been good to me. Well until next time. jimmy
March Blog update

Well where has time gone I see I missed the month of Febuary for my blog update must of been a boring month. Well March is here so here goes. Winter has come and left and not soon enough. Finally spring has sprung and the tulips are staring to bloom. We are doing good with our local support group the attendence is around 20 a month with support memebers coming to help support us. I will be helping out in Ogallaga Ne. with the Dr. consult with the future patients talking about support groups. In April I will go to Irvine Ca. for the OH National Conference. Well I hope somebody reads this and just finished sending out my hellos to all of my friends on my friends list. Well till next month be good.
January Update for 2007

Well I look on the calender and it has been a month since I updated by blog. If I understand this blog stuff we are suppose to do it everyday or so. Well I don't have that much to blog about. But here goes. Well I was impressed with the sending of the Christmas cards to my new WLS friends. I think I didn't get 2 back so that wasn't a bad average. I might surprize all of them with a Valentine card. Well ole Santa SimmonS had a busy year again. Did 15 visits on Christmas Eve. plus a lot more before the 24th. We have some cold weather lately. And I have decided to attend a OBESITY HELP National Conference in Irvine Ca. in April. Well Donna and I both to go the Doctor next week for a checkup hope to lose a pound or so. Well time to go for now. Just out of curiosity I wonder if anyybody read this blog. If you have leave a note.
