I had surgery one week ago tomorrow. I have been wanting to eat everything I see for the last two days. I haven't because I know better but this has still been very hard. Any advice to help not thinking about it so much?  

When did you first start to feel full?  I had surgery five days ago and am still on liquids along with yogurt, protein drinks and the like. My protein shake is 11 ounces. I drink it very slow but I haven't had a full feeling yet. Any thoughts?
