I am 27 days out from surgery (6/1/18) and so far have felt no restriction? At what point will I feel this? I can eat about 1/2 cup and then just don't care to eat anymore but it's a head thing not a stomach feel full thing. Is this normal?

Thanks for the friend request. I had my RNY on 6/1/18 and have lost 30lbs so far since the beginning of my pre-op diet start. I have now been stalled for 2 weeks but not giving up since I have not felt the restriction yet. I am also 67 years old and a lifelong couch potato so this is really hard work for me trying to walk and get some exercise in. I feel like if I can do this just about anyone can. I have a history of cardiac events including a stent placement so I do know how important this is. If I can offer you support or answer questions for you all you need to do is ask and I will be there.
