KRIS, weight loss will more than likely slow down for a period of time, that is why you really need to measure youself to see results, as they always say "muscle weighs more than fat..." But it really is true I have been going to the gym for 2 months and at one point I accually gained weight and when I was going to quit a trainer measured me and I was loosing inches... Best of luck to you, I also heard Curves is a good place, I do not go there but know a few people who do. This is in CA but I'm sure they are the same... Nicole.
