So, I have a question that has been asked sorta answered but not followed up. I would like to see if anyone has had this issue, dealt with it and what was the outcome.

I got released from my surgeon to go back to the gym yesterday and I did my first water aerobics class today. 1 hour but I was there an hour before and swimming.
