as of this morning I AM 8 months post op VSG and I am down 125(rounding up just a  lil bit) pounds... HOLY CRAP! I've lost a person and have another person (130lbs) to lose to hit goal.

I had lab work done at my pcp the other day. got my results back yesterday... iron deficiency  and vitamin d3.. just 2 more pills to add to my daily regime... just lovely.. but he said the rest looked great!
