Stepped on the scale this morning to see if i had finally hit my 1st goal... well, unfortunately, I havent, YET!!!. I am however, only 2.4 pounds away from my 1st goal of 350...

7 weeks post op. was advised to stay on omeprazole 12 weeks after surgery. but i forgot to take it this morning and my stomache isnt making as much noise and im not "hungry"....

hit my 3 week stall at about 2 weeks.and lasted 3 weeks. and when it broke lost 4 pounds. woo hoo. finally!!!

been in this "3 week stall" since week 2. and im on week 4 now. ive increased liquid intake adn im walking about 3 miles a day. not sure what else to do. im

is very hard to do. had 4 oz yogurt about 2 hrs ago and it hurts to drink. my new tummy is too full. this stinks! i see why its so hard to get in the liquids

and i have strep throat. ... yay me ! dr has me on amoxicillin for 10 days. called the surgeons office and they say it will be ok and wont have to re schedule surger! thank God!. never in my adult life hav

i have frequent headaches will i be able to take the naproxen for them ever again? and what types of vitamins do we need to take post op?
