I have a few bags of nice dresses + blazers (office wear!) that are mostly about size 22W. They don't fit any more and before I donate them with my other clothes to Value Village or something I thought I would offer here. They are all in good condition

Had surgery today at TWH. Everything went perfectly and the team is AMAZING here.

Ill be here until Sunday AM, but no nausea, stopped pain killers and walking and sipping.

Am doing "Slim Time" not Opti, so it at least tastes good... but seriously... I want to eat my hand off. LOL

It seems there are so many different pre-op diets. Every clinic has it's own way of doing things and they seem very varied - not sure why. I'm starting mine in a few weeks so am curious - what kind of pre-op diet did you have to do? 

I've heard there are some good Facebook groups, but I assume they are secret/closed. Does anyone have the info to share? Having surgery on Oct 21 and would like to join in advance. Thanks!

I finally got the orientation date - July 8th. My referral was end of March.

Anyone else have this? Anyone have any tips on TWH? The nurse there I spoke to told me it's 6months to 1year after orientation for surgery...
