Kathy: I hope today finds you feeling better. A friend of mine is post op 1 week Dr Kemmeter and is doing well and you will be too. I am waiting for a surgery date--had sleep study last nite. I wish you well on this exciting road and I can't wait to join you!

I have made it to the loosing side....I feel like crap, but I as still thrilled I did it. I never believed those ahead of me that said it is hard to get the product and water in, I just thought I would be able to ... not! it is a huge struggle, I think I got 1.5 products and 8 ounces of water down the first full day home and today 2 products plus 16 ounces of water I hope if I keep it up until the minute I fall asleep....thanks for all the prayers and the supporting words they really mean alot.....

Kathy: You should be on your way to a new lifestyle now. Sorry I didn't post earlier, but you've been in my thoughts and prayers. Hope all went well and that you are recovering nicely. Remember to keep drinking! Hope to see you at the next meeting in GR! Matt
