"I went to a seminar that Dr. Floch had in his office. It was informative and he answered many questions I had. He was friendly and put me at ease. I came away ready to schedule an appointment for surgery. His office helped with getting all the tests and information for the insurance company. The staff and Dr. Floch were always on hand for any questions I had along the way. After my RNY, I got thrush from the antibiotics in the hospital. My nurse Patty called me right away and sent meds to clear it up. I was given follow up visits, aftercare programs of nutrition, post groups and exercise. Everything was there if I needed it. I am now 8 months post op and down 116 pounds. This surgery has changed my life for the better and I would do it all over again. I know I have done a lot of work to make sure my new life is successful, but Dr. Floch and his office have given me the tools to get there. His very high level of care has made this a wonderful journey. "
