So, Im going to the conference alone this weekend. I have generalized anxiety disorder and am kinda dreading certain aspects. Anyone else going or have any tips?

Im 5 weeks post-op (RNY).  I am having pain when Im eating & drinking.  Not in the pouch itself but at the top of my esophagus. I am not eating quickly and Im taking small sips.  Anyone know what this could be?

what do you do about the chocolate cravings?   I don't mean like 'hey, i'd like a piece of chocolate' but the insane 'momma gotta have it!!!!!!!' cravings.

So I have been going back and forth about this for a while.  I am having RNY on July14 and I can't decide what I want to do after surgery.  Part of me tells me that I want to get on the scale every day and see how awesome it is that I'm loosing weight.

OMG!

I just got it this morning!  I can't believe it's actually been approved.  I just KNEW something would happen and I would be denied and I would have to fight it, but I was actually approved and am go for surgery July 14.

SO, I have my last diet appointment next week.  They will send my paperwork to Cigna before I leave the office. Im super nervous about this.  Im worried that, since my appointment isn't as soon as I wake up, my weight will be just slightly higher than

Ok, so this is weird, but I've discovered that part of my eating issues stem from the chewing.  I find chewing to be a distraction and stress reliever. Clearly this isn't going to help me lose weight and keep it off if I'm eating all the damn time just
