Im 19 days out from VSG and can't hold anything down. Water makes me feel yucky like I can vomit so does protein. I have placed a call in spoken with the dietitian but there seems to be no real answers. I meet with the surgeon on the 11th I hope he can

I had vsg done on the 20th of December. I am slowly getting around. I am able to hold down all my liquids. Just wanted to give you guys a quick update.

Got the call yesterday that I will have vsg done on 12/20. I am super excited to head for the losers bench with you guys.
