Best wishes for a safe, uncomplicated, and great surgery! I know it may seem overwhelming, I know you can get through it. Remember, you are never alone. Take care, lean on others, be your best advocate, get up and walk as soon as you can, and keep moving as aoften as you can. Even a few steps will make a BIG difference. I'm here if you need me.
