Kyra, I'm glad to hear that you are home and feeling good! You have been so supportive to others on this site I wanted to be sure to send good wishes your way for a speedy recovery and a quick and healthy weight loss! Clear liquids will be over soon and then the fun starts. haha. Take care!

I talked to Kyra today before work. She went home on September 02, 2002 around 6:00 PM. Kyra is doing good and did not even take a prescription for pain killer home with her. Kyra said that her and hubby were going to try to walk around the block. Good Luck Kyra!! Hugs, Kim

I talked to Kyra earlier today...She didn't have a good day yesterday but today she is feeling so much better...She was just waiting for the Doctor to come in and see if she can go home today...Please stop by her surgery page and send her your best wishes...Thanks so much...

I went and saw Kyra this afternoon at the hospital...She looked great...She was just tired...She was up walking before and wasn't in much pain...She had her leak test and everything seemed to be fine...Hopefully she will be going home tomorrow or maybe Monday...

I talked to Kyra's husband Mark about 8:00pm last night...Her doctor said the surgery went really great...It took about 2 hours and 50 minutes...Mark said they were going to get Kyra to start walking in a few hours...This morning I got a phone call from Kyra...She sounded great just a little tired...She said she has been up a few times already...We had to cut the call short because they were taking her for her leak test...I plan on going to see her today...Please stop by her surgery page and send her your best wishes for a speedy recovery...Thanks...
