Its my 1 year surgiversary!

Hey all!! I know it's been a long time since I've been on here and updated my page, but I had to sign on today because today is my 1 year surgiversary! And I have lost 100 lbs. I started this journey at a wooping 340 lbs, I am now down to 240 lbs. This has been an incredible journery and I am soooo thankful that I had my surgery, I am a more happier and confident person, I feel good about myself now, though I still have more to lose; my goal is to get down to about 140lbs, and I know I will get there! Since my surgery, I have made some major life changes, I became a vegetarian after my surgery, and now I am a full vegan. I totally love my sleeve and I wouldn't change a thing!!

Hey guys!!! Sorry its been so long, but just wanted to update you all on my weightloss, its been 3 months since I had my surgery, and on the 26th it will be 4months since my surgery, I'm currently 60 lbs down. Will try to post some more pics very soon!

Just a little update!

Hey all, went to see my surgeon today, my surgeon says, that I am healing just fine and looking great. So far I have lost 35lbs. I lost 27lbs pre-op and 8lbs post op, I'm feeling great and looking forward to losing more weight! Anyway will definitely keep you all posted on my weightloss, I'm trying not to step on the scale, so my next weigh in will be after my next appointment with my doctor! Anyway I am so glad I went through with this,I'm feeling like a different person already..lol.. and I know there is more in store!lol. Oh I'm still on liquids, its starting to get annoying, and I'm ready to eat, but my surgeon wants me to take it slow. So I'll be on liquids for about another week, then on to pureed foods. Anyway take care everyone and have a blessed day, will be back to update soon!

Hey Everyone just wanted to let you all know that the surgery went well. And I'm back at home and sleeved
. Thanks all of you for all the prayers and all the best wishes, it truly was appreciated. I'm definitely getting use to my new tummy, and concentrating on how to get all my liquids in. Anyway, all went well, and I'm looking forward to this journey..keep me in yours prayers, as I continue to recover! Anyway, take care guys..will update you all later!!

Starting to get so supppeeerrr anxious... surgery is on tuesday(the 26th), and I'm on a count down. Getting really excited!!!! I will be joining most of you on the loser's bench very soon!!!!!

Wow I've been feeling so great these days!!! I've been working out soooo hard these days, and the weight has been melting off! As many of you already know:my surgeon wanted me to lose more weight before my surgery, and thats exactly what I've been doing...my confidence is up,and I've been busting my butt everyday,
and the weight is falling off, my friends and family, are even noticing the weightloss, I've definitely shed about 10lbs already, and boy can you see the difference, I never thought 10lbs would show like this..its amazing!! The last time I stepped on the scale I was 7lbs down, so I know its about 10lbs or so by now,maybe more, but I'm trying not to step on the scale everyday..but I will update you all on my weightloss in another 2-3 weeks! My goal is to lose 20lbs this month, and 20lbs next month, since my surgery is at the end of July.I'm trying to get down to 289 lbs before the surgery..wish me luck!! I can't wait to be back in the 2's again.So excited!!!!

Well this has been a looong journey for me! With plenty of ups and downs..thought that I would never get a surgery date..lol. Well the lucky date is:(drum rolls)lol...my surgery date is set for July 26th-thats the only day my surgeon had available, so it looks like July is the lucky month.. anyway everyone keep me in your prayers..my surgeon says I have to be on a 2 week liquid diet before the surgery..and before I start the liquid diet, she wants me to lose some more weight, and hopefully when I start the liquid diet, i'll lose even more weight, my surgeon is very strict, and has cancelled peoples surgeries, for not losing weight..so everyone just keep me in your prayers! Will update on the weightloss soon..ttyl!
