Kris, Congrats on reaching the century club!! Your window is still WIDE open. The weight loss does slow down and I bet if you have been taking your measurements that you have lost inches instead of pounds. It is very normal for you not to lose as much weight while working out. The body is building muscle mass which weighs more then fat so that is a good thing. Try not to become a slave to the scales and give it some time. Continue to exercise, cut down on carbs, eat that protein and drink your water. Soon, the results will show up!! Good luck. KimmieTN

Kris, Hang in there.... You are doing GREAT! It will happen. I am 10 wks post-op and have lost 55 pounds, but have been on a plateau for 2 weeks... Keep doing the things you know you're suppose to do, and it will work. "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible to you."

Hi Kris. I also live in Pottsville and read your profile. Congrats on making it to the other side. I cannot wait, although I have been told it will be 6 months til I get a surgery date. If I ever do get approved. I am afraid my weight is too severe for the Lap procedure. That scares me more. I am now waiting for next Thursday to go to the information meeting at Reading Hospital. Seems I am always waiting for my life to start.
