I'm getting ready to start my 2 week pre-op liquid diet. I have chocolate and vanilla Premier ready to drink shakes and I bought some Unjury unflavored powder - what do you mix with it .... Soy Milk or Almond Milk, is one better than the other?

 

I can hardly type this through my tears.  I never thought that this surgery would be approved with my prior history. But thanks to Brenda the Bariatric Coordinator in my Dr's office it did! Now I'm waiting to on the surgery scheduler -

It's been a week since my Dr's visit and I'm still waiting for insurance to give the OK for surgery.

I've met all the requirements: PMC approval, 6 month supervised diet, psych visit, dietician visit, informational seminar and surgery videos.</
