Almost at my year mark...11/11/08. Dr. Hugh Houston (love him) did my VGS. I have lost 164 lbs. I feel wonderful, I am in a size 8 down from a 22. I love going to the beach, shopping, and my family is proud they are going to have me around alot longer!
If you are struggling with the idea to do this, make sure it is what you want. The benefits are great but there are alot of changes....emotionally and physically. The emotional aspect is alot to deal with. You will be surprised how you will affect the people around you.
