Endo scope today

I completed the endoscope today fentanyl didn't knock me out so I experienced the procedure concious. Surgeon said he was doing a sleeve proceedure.  He said my Neillson was intact from 2005...I am excited and nervous to hear a confirmation of the Feb 19th surgery date. I have been losing a little almost daily I was 266 last Sunday and 263 this am...Hope I can keep it up till surgical date.

I have been realizing that I eat alot of the time because I am doing what I thought was the right thing...Eat Breakfast its the best meal of the day...eat 5 to 7 servings of veggies and fruit 2 carbs and 3 proteins every day....If I ate all that I would weigh 300 lbs...clearly I dont need to eat even 1/4 of all that cause post surgery I will be eating an 1/8th of that and I will servive and get healthy.  This standard way of eating is not best practice for everyone then TV media etc says eat chia, hemp seeds almond milk etc etc....My battle to improve my health was buried in healthy foods,,,Crazy
