Well, I am almost 1 week out! Weight is falling off at the moment... and I am getting ready for my wedding. I already went down 2 dress sizes so I had to exchange my dress for a smaller size.
Luckily I had a speedy recovery with little to no pain. I've been doing squats and arm mini workouts to keep my omind busy. However, I am bored out of my mind. I feel like I have done everything at least twice. I know I'll get through it, it is just a little more tough than I thought originally.
I will get through this!
