Now i realize that i did not take surgery serious until i fot back to 400 pbs and now i am so miserable. How can i get this weight back off???? I need help my problem is eating and drinking at the same time and drinking sweets. I been on water and drin

So after 2006 i got depressed all over aga8n and now i am back to 400lbs. I watch my 600 lbs life to give me motivation so please tell me what can i do. I  miserable
