Hi Zedrick! I just wanted to wish you all the best in your journey. Stay positive, I know that your surgery date is just around the corner. What a coincidence! I was reading your profile, and you mentioned that you were Filipino. I am also Filipino, Japanese, Spanish. I know exactly what you mean about the Filipino food!!! I just love it, especially with lots of rice!!! Although, I no longer eat rice, I have adapted a lot of Filipino dishes so that I can still prepare them. The main thing is substituting the pork and beef with shrimp, fish, chicken, etc. It really does work! I've also had to cut way back on the patis!!! I'll keep you in my prayers.
