Just an update

 Wow had my life changed for the better!  The confidence and happiness that I have gained when I lost the weight is amazing.  Life is good.  Never would I have imagined that when I started this journey I would be part of the WWLSS group team.  Dawn, Teresa and I have been hosting meetings at the Hospice for the past year and a half.  Wow.  Helping people during this journey is so rewarding emotionally.  It's funny how life changes for the better when you feel better about yourself.
