Surgery went well. recovery wasn't too painful after a few days. I only had pain when I tried to reach down to pick things up(of course I dropped everything I touched) and when I tried to sleep in bed. Finally got to sleep in bed all night at about 3 1/2 weeks out. I was so tired from sleeping on and off in the recliner.It was uncomfortable on my legs too. I had a serious bout with acid refux about one week out. Pain from my neck to my but. Thank God that's over. MY energy level has been surprisingly good considering that I had very little nutrition for the first ten days or so.
