Off track. Need help

I need help... I had surgery in 2009...I was doing great until about 3 years ago.  I became very depressed and start gaining weight..from my lowest weight I have gained 50lbs... this scares me... i need to get back on track.. I know to go back to post surgery eating but it is not that easy...I am looking for advice, encouraement and support.  My friends don' understand... they say what the think I want to hear... I need the cold hard truth....has anyone use any of the perfect portion meal box?  If so which ones would be bariatric approved... if someone could help me that would be great...thanks in advanced
