Hi, Here's another update on Jennifer. She's still doing really great! She'll be coming home from the hospital tomorrow. She's eating soft foods, walking, and feeling pretty good! Thank you all for all your good wishes, I know they meant a lot to her. I'll let Jennifer post any future updates herself! -Michelle (Jennifer's sister)

I thought I would post an update on Jennifer. She's doing great! She was only in the ICU overnight and is now in a regular hospital room, 2 days after her surgery. She no longer has the nasal-gastric tube. She sat up in a chair for an hour today. She's a lot more alert, not using the pain meds quite as much. She stood up but could not straighten up all the way (too painful) so she didn't walk yet. I think she was a little disappointed at that, but the nurse said that was normal and she'll be able to do more and more every day. She looks really good, makes this whole surgery thing look so easy!
