I Finally See a Move in the Right Direction!

I finally see a little move in the right direction I am down a pound to 175! I'm not thin but I am sure less fat than I used to be!   I am 122 pounds more of a success! I love my RNY and I love my renewed health!   It was the best thing I ever did for myself and I wish that I was smart enough to have done it years and years ago... If anyone is reading this that is undecided about surgery - I have had NO complications and I feel wonderful! We went to the OH Conference in Rye, NY last weekend and I had the best time of my life.  Tons and Tons of walking, dancing and I was in the fashion show too.  I shed off a jacket that was size 32 with my wow outfit underneath.  My wow outfit is a 14!   Like I said not skinny but certainly a lot less fat.  I am so happy with my thinner life!
