Diabetes T1 after RNY. - Are there any patients Diabetic T1 who had RNY?

Any Diabetic T1 who had non diabetic ketoacidosis - Good morning to all of you. I have a question, did any of the diabetic T1 had a non diabetic ketoacidosis afeter RNY, probably due to the little food you eat?
