Tuesday workouts - an hour of strength training followed by an hour on the bike... man.  i'm still sore from Saturday.  That makes me offiically old.  :)

hump day workouts - 60 min spin class (HIIT today), followed by a 5K brick on the treadmill. nearly half way done with the week!

TGIF workouts :) - got in 1000 meters in the pool followed by a brisk 4 mile run on the TM. Happy Friday!
