10% is a lot normally most of them wants you to lose 5%.I know that's what I had to do.You can do it drink plenty of water and get you some colon cleanser pills sorry if it sounds grose but it helped me.

MO I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT.EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON BUT YOU'LL GET THROUGH IT.I WILL CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR YOU BECAUSE I WOULD BE BOILING RIGHT ABOUT NOW.YOU MUST HAVE KAISER NOW I HAD 2 GO THROUGH 6 MONTHS TOO.BUT I DID LEARN ALOT MORE ABOUT THE SURGERY THEN OTHERS WHO HAD OTHER INSURANCES.

Hello Mo, My surgery buddy. I wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you. You know our surgery is one week from this Friday. I am really getting nervous and excited. I also started my pre diet this past Friday, the 21st. It has been hard but is getting a little easier every day. I am having to eat lean meats and salads with fat free dressing to shrink my insides down. I am at 270lbs right now and it gets harder everyday to even walk, but I know I will make it.
