My Starbucks weakness

Addiction seems like such an awful word, but my love affair with Starbuck's vanilla bean frappucino has gotten completely out of hand. At first I drank the full fat grande. I quickly dispensed with the whip cream after finding out that a regular portion adds over 130 calories. While indulging in my little treat yesterday I decided to do a little investigating. The Batista informed me that their "healthy" option is the non-fat, no whip version. My weakness got the better of me and I opted to try it. After the sweetness overload I decided to add my drink to myfitnesspal... Only to find it contained approximately 54 grams of sugar!! I decided that has to be the absolute last frapp I buy if I'm going to be successful this time.  Now my goal is to try to make my own version with skim milk, ice, and sugar free vanilla syrup. Let the experimentation begin :)

Oh, and the best part is that I will save about $5 each time I skip the frapp!!
