So much frustration!! - Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sunday I got down to 295 and now im back up to 299. ugh... Can you gain that much weight in a week? Will my scale go back down? I fee...

Is 55lbs good for 4m out? - Just wanted some feed back, some days I feel really happy about the weight loss and other days im discourged.  Seems like I lose in every 2 weeks, not daily.
