Hi All.. I am 11.5 months post op.. and for the past 2 months, i have played with 2 pounds.. up and down, up and down. I just can't seem to get below there, no matter what i change. I even did the 5 day pouch test. and got to the lower end of the 2 pou

First pic was taking end of July, as i was starting my 2 week pre-op diet, 2nd one was taken a few days ago.. November 2nd.. Feeling good!! :D
