I'm almost one year out from surgery...the weight loss has been great, but here lately I find myself eating things I should and my weight loss has stopped 15 pounds short of the doctors goal for me. I have 2 large hernias that they want to fix soon and I am going to see a plastic surgeon about having a tummy tuck done with the hernia operation. I need to get back to drinking enough water and watch my carbs and see if I can get these last 15 pounds off before I have the next surgery.

Melissa, Best of wishes to you on your upcoming surgery. May you move swiftly to the other side and expereince as little pain as possible. I too did the freezing in small quantities. It is very helpful not to have to deal with making jello and measuring soups in the beginning. I was totally amazed that one little one ounce cube of frozen soup was a meal!! KimmieTN
