is it just me??? I have some good days and some bad days! Normal??? The shakes are really making me sick! Literally have to go lie down to get threw it! Hate them but right now biggest source of protein yuck!worst part...just wondering if anybody else

Hi I'm about 4 days into pre opportunity diet. I have been having 2 protein shakes and 3_4 oz of chicken I have been spraying a pan with Pam adding some onion and peppers but what I can't seem to find out is can I add a,sprinkle of salt or seasonings??

I'm 23days til surgery. I have  my told my husbsnd and my older 2 sons. My 14 year old is very sensitive so  waiting another week. A few issues first being my surgery is day after Greek Easter and my husband insisting on telling his mom.
