I'm so mad I could scream

I haven't had a fill in a long time, so i called my lap band office to schedule an appt.
The lady placed me on hold and came back saying I owed 810$ and in order to make an appt, I need
to pay at least 1/2 of that.
This is freaking ridiculous, My insurance should be paying for most of this.  I only had to pay my deductible of
600$ to have surgery, a year ago, then in Jan I get a bill for 324$ from the anesthesiologist.... paid that.

I tried to call my insurance co. but they were pretty much no help.

I'm living on my own, I make about as much money as I spend on bills, and I just don't know what to do

HELP!
