Time for an UPDATE :]

Well, I finally got my insurance situation figured out, and I was able to get a fill in February, and another in March.The fill in february was not very effective, and I only lost 3 pounds. My fill in March was on the 24th, and I have noticed a great difference! I've lost 11 pounds since then! I'm doing great, and since I noticed the weight loss, I've found more will power!! I'm very excited. I'm hoping to have a very good month in April, and be @ 250 by the end of the month.
My birthday is in 8 days, and if I lose 9.3 more pounds, I will be @ 100 pounds lost!!! It will be tough, but I've put my mind to it. I was very disappointed that I had gained weight, and could not continue that way.
I have another filll scheduled for April 28th!! I'll Update again before then, and let you know how I'm doing.
