one day closer

Today was my first day to my Pre Op diet ,and I must say it not that easy...However, I talked to some of my friends that  really gave me some much need advice .In which made more sense then anything I been thinking First point, was I didn't come this far too give up now....Second,I been eating all my life.Third, What do I want out of this beside to losing weight. Fourth ,I deserve to be happy and if it takes not eating for two weeks then so be it ....Suck it up and look at the grand picture of this entire WLS journey So with all that being said I enjoyed my first day and I  welcome and embrace the next 13 days hungry and all .
