I am 5 days out and I might be worrying about this to soon, but better late than never. 

 

I don't have a nutritionist, so as far as our goals for how many grams of protein, sugar and carbs are we supposed to have each day I haven't be

  I had surgery last Thursday. I am finding myself really really wanting food. I am not sure if all of it is head hunger, i don't think it is. Of course some is.... but I am HUNGRY!

My name is Taylor Greene. I am currently at a BMI of 51.9.... tomorrow 9/22 I am having the gastric sleeve done.
