Wedding Food

Hello everyone I have been busy with my upcoming wedding renewal ceremony/birthday event. I am 38 days from it and I have met with the catering service and I mentioned my new lifestyle of eating. And I have some guests who are diabetic and have high blood pressure. And some guests who are blessed to have no health issues. I was thinking of telling the chef to use sugar substitute and salt substitute on everyone's food. My husband agrees I want to make everyone happy and enjoy themselves. Do you think people who are on a regular diet will notice the difference in the food? I think splenda taste wonderful but everyone is different what do you think?
