So Sad And Hurt

Hello Everyone I am going through so much for those who don't know I just lost my mother unexpectedly 6 months ago. And yesterday I lost my little nephew he was born at 6 months and weighed only over a pound. It's time like these when my stress level is the maximum I use to turn to food. Now that's now a option and I am just crying and not eating at all I need to find a way to cope with all this hurt it's tearing me up.
