Started my journey at 428 one year ago. Lost 47 before surgery in May and now down 77 since surgery. So blessed in my new life.

I am a t the 5 month mark. I am fine with liquids but when I eat anything I get pain in my stomach. I have gurgling and belch frequently. I feel like I could throw up but do not. Is this normal?

4 months out and my hair is pretty much disappearing like the pounds. Taking all my vitamins and keeping up with protein. I am wondering if I am going to need a wig. My surgeon said to bump protein up to 80-100 grams daily. Any help to get through this??

Got in all my protein and liquids yesterday and had a wicked Charley horse in my leg last night. Woke up feeling shakey. On full liquids until Tuesday. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

I was banded October 2007 and since have struggled with vomitting. I've finally been approved to have it removed and to get RNY. What can I expect? Thanks.
