I'M DOING REALLY WELL STARTING MY JUICE PLUS AND BUILDING BLOCKS OR BERIBLEND STARTED A GYM FOR WEIGHT AND STRENGHTING I FELL 72 ILBS LIGHTER AND FEELING GREAT. I WAS A FLUKE AFTER SURGERY AND WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WELL WHAT CAN I SAY IT WASNT PLEASANT BUT I MADE IT THROUGH AND IM ALIVE AND HEAR TO TELL THE STORY. GOD WAS N MY SIDE THAT DAY AND HE NEW MY GOALS AND ABIENT AND I;M NOT GOING TO LET HIM OR MYSELF DOWN...

Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! You’ve been out of surgery now for a little over a month – YIPPIE!!! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)… RNY 10/31/03 – down 85 pounds!!! Good luck!

How excited you must be about your up coming journey to new and better health! This is going to be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and your family. I know it was for me. Remember you will have ups and downs. The road is sometimes not the easiest. However, know that we are at AMOS are always here to listen and offer comfort when needed.
