Hey yall well I havent been on here in a min just wanna to give yall guys a up date. I now down 77 pds. Its kindly going a little slow but long as I keep lostin it dont matter. I go to Dallas,Tx in Oct for my check up. My goal was be down by 100 so I pushing for it.
