Hi everyone! I missed my one year re birthday because I was on vacation! I ran my poor family ragged at Busch Garden and Seaworld. Life at 162 pounds lighter is great! Swimming is a lot harder now, I don't float as well! LOL Well, my skin tries to float to the surface. I have an appointment with a skin specialist this summer, one who is familiar with wound care, skin removal, and scarring. I'm nervous, but excited too! Chicken and turkey are still tough for me, but look out seafood! I celebrated my one year re birthday by enjoying oysters on the half shell again. What a difference! 6 oysters make a very filling meal indeed! If you're wondering if wls is worth it, it is!

Hi Nichole....you look great..I was wondering if you excercised crazily after sugery...seems to me you lost ALOT Of weight and fast..I want that for me and Im going on March 19...take care and God bless
