MY STALL IS BROKEN !!!!

SO I HAD BEEN STUCK 198 FOR ABOUT ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW!!!! FINALLY TODAY I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR AND I SEEMED A LITTLE BIT SMALLER. SO I THOUGH WELL IF I AM LOSING INCHES OR THE WEIGHT WHY DON'T I SEE IT ON THE SCALE. SO I DECIDED WHAT THE HELL I HAVEN'T WEIGHED MY SELF FOR A WEEK JUST SEE WHAT IT READS. I GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT READ 195!!! WOO HOOO!! FINALLY I LOST 3 LBS. THATS BETTER THAN NOTHING DAMMIT. LOL. WELL I WAS EXCITED THIS MORNING TO SEE THAT.  MY THEORY ON THE STALL WAS THAT IVE BEEN FORGETTING TO TAKE MY VITAMINS REGULARY. THERE WERE DAYS I SKIP 2 TO 3 DAYS AND THEN TAKE THEM AND FORGET AGAIN. SO THIS WEEK I HAVE BEEN TAKING THEM EVERYDAY AND THATS WHEN I NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE. ALSO SINCE LIFE HAS BEEN HECTIC AT HOME, I HAVEN'T HAD THE TIME TO GO THE GYM. SO AT WORK I BOYCOTTED THE EVEVATORS. I WORK ON THE 4TH FLOOR OF THE HOSPITAL AND NOW I RUN UP 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS EVERYTIME I GO DOWNSTAIRS TO FIRST FLOOR. IM TIRED BUT IT FEELS GOOD THOUGH. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS NOW AND IM ACTUALLY PROUD OF MYSELF.

IM HOPING TO LOSE 10 MORE LBS BY THE TIME MY BIRTHDAY COMES AROUND. IF ANYONE HAS A BUSY SCHEDULE LIKE I DO RIGHT NOW PLEASE LET ME KNOW SOME EXERCISE TIPS THAT I CAN DO. THANKS OH FAMILY.
