Hi everyone I'm 18 month out from surgery have lost 105lbs. Feel great only 10lbs from my personal goal. I've been the same weight now for the past 3-4months. Up and down a few pounds but always settling around 181-183.

Guess my question i

10 months and 19 days finally hit my goal of 100 lbs lost!  I feel great and couldn't be happier!  Thanks everyone here for all the support along the way!  16 more lbs for my personal goal!

Just needed to post I've finally hit Onederland!  I have been stalled at 202lbs for a month and a half!  This morning bam 198lbs!  What a great feeling!

Hi everyone!  I had my surgery on Sept 8th and it went amazing.  I was home on Thursday and off pain meds Friday!   I was losing weight like crazy a pound a day.  However since starting full fluids I've lost nothing actually up 1/2 a pound.  I'm follow

Well the day has finally arrived in less than 14hrs I will be on my way to to guelph for my surgery.

For everyone who is just starting this journey I know it feels like this day will never come but believe me it will be here before you know it!

Well tomorrow is the big day.  I start my two weeks of Opti.  Then surgery on the 8th.  I have been looking forward to this day for years now.  I've researched, I've prepared myself.  I have all the extracts and syrups.  I've got this.

So why a

I dont' want to complain but I was so frustrated today with Guelph Hospital.  I have gone throught the Windsor center and completed everything everyone has signed off that i'm a good candidate for the surgery ive even completed my surgery orientation.
