Not much to say but its going a little slow. Had my weight center appointment this week all is going well just need more H20. I fine I'm just to busy at work to drink but I'm going to have to fine a way to change that. I guess I will just have to start taking a water break lol. Tomorrow the last of my 3 kids graduate from collage so happy and proud of my kids
